I'm going to use this space for some of my ideas about managing, business, and design. I'll start by breaking down some of my philosophy on Design Thinking.

Design Leadership for tomorrow.

Design-thinking is critical for companies to survive today and thrive in the future. Companies need leaders that think like a designer and sees challenges as problems to creatively solve, not as gaps to stop. Companies need leadership that is not backward-looking or emotional in decision-making. In order to thrive in the market, we need to take chances, abandon old ideas, be willing to put aside our own pet projects, and think about the future as a problem that can be solved, as long as we think about it like designers. The design process, when used properly, involves being messy, taking risks, scrapping the whole thing and starting from scratch, but LEARNING and ADAPTING the entire time. The only true mistake is not seeing bad ideas for what they are: bad.
